The deliberate ignorance of Scott Horton never ceases to amaze me, since he has access to news reports and experts. Read some news and find out about the atrocities being committed by Shia militias right now, who are torching Sunni villages – and people, beheading Sunnis, etc. Or go back over the years… Go back, for example, to the days when ethnic cleansing was going on in Baghdad. The simplistic, “Oh, today we think Sunnis are bad, so Shias must be good” is so uninformed as to be embarrassing.
