Gareth Porter and Jacob Hornberger will be the featured guests on the Scott Horton Show at Antiwar Radio, Thursday, May 22.

Gareth Porter will be discussing the situation between the U.S. and Iran regarding influence in Iraq at 12:15PM Eastern.

Jacob Hornberger will be discussing the upcoming Future of Freedom Foundation conference, Restoring the Republic 2008: Foreign & Civil Liberties, taking place June 6th-8th 2008 in Reston, Virginia at 1:15PM Eastern.

Dr. Gareth Porter is an investigative historian and journalist on U.S. national security policy who has been independent since a brief period of university teaching in the 1980s. Dr. Porter is the author of four books, the latest of which is Perils of Dominance: Imbalance of Power and the Road to War in Vietnam. He has written regularly for Inter Press Service on U.S. policy toward Iraq and Iran since 2005.

Jacob G. Hornberger is founder and president of The Future of Freedom Foundation. In 1989, Mr. Hornberger found The Future of Freedom Foundation. He is a regular writer for The Foundation’s publication, Freedom Daily. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian, he has delivered speeches and engaged in debates and discussions about free market principles with groups all over the United States, as well as Canada, England, Europe, and Latin America, including Brazil, Cuba, Bolivia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Argentina.
