Tell us about Dagny and Lane and in fact start please if you could with your role in Dagny Lane and how long you've been involved and why and so forth.
Sure Scott.
Well I've been involved with the company for four years.
Actually I'm one of the co-founders of the company.
So I've really focused on marketing and selling etc.
I wear all kinds of hats and we started after partnering with our parent company Arete Labs which actually offers ionic minerals in a supplement form.
But after doing research and you know learning of the minerals themselves I found that there's a lot of great properties that and benefits from the minerals that apply to skincare.
So what we did was we developed a line of products that are made with organic and all-natural ingredients and then we infused them with these ionic minerals so that they can really offer nutrients and antioxidants for the skin.
I see.
So that was actually going to be one of my questions was the difference between Arete and Dagny and Lane and that is that this is sort of a subsidiary company of Arete.
Is that right?
Yes it is.
Okay and then so you decided basically you could take what they are already doing in their vitamins and minerals and and what-have-you in other ways supplements and that kind of thing and you could take those same ingredients and put them right in skin creams and that kind of deal.
Exactly.
Minerals that's really what makes our products so unique is that they have ionic minerals in them and a lot of people don't understand what is ionic.
Yeah you could include me in that Stacy.
What does that mean exactly?
Yeah well it's really easy.
Basically the minerals broken down to a single atom.
So it's so small that it actually can be absorbed through your skin.
So you're going to be getting the benefits of it topically.
When it's applied to your face which you know we have a full face care line.
The benefits with the minerals we use zinc, copper, magnesium, and calcium and all of those synergistically together they help with preventing aging and then also they have antiseptic properties.
So they're good for people that have acne or eczema you know different type of skin conditions.
The minerals that we use like copper that specifically helps your skin with the collagen and elastin forming.
So that is great for wrinkles, it's good for your eye area and you know we all the minerals have a different purpose but specifically it's really just to promote the overall health of your skin.
Well now I learned very young that whether it's boom or bust time cosmetics always do real well.
Cosmetics and alcohol and I guess religion always do real well whether it's a boom or a bust.
So I have no idea but I have to guess there are tens of thousands of companies out there making skin creams competing with you guys.
So why is Dagny and Lane special compared to them?
Well what's great is our foundation is really having products that are made with organic and all-natural ingredients so you don't have to worry when you're putting the products on your skin.
Not only do they have the ionic minerals which are great and that's unique to the product but we use a lot of different plants and you know fruits and vegetables and enzymes from that to help promote the health of the skin.
So it's more of an all-natural product.

Yeah the best sellers really those are our face care items so we have face care for men and women we have a five-step program for women which includes like a cleanser, a toner, a serum, moisturizer, and eye treatment and then for the men we know they're not really spend that much time on their skin so we have up where it's just a cleanser, moisturizer, and then eye cream.

Well the face care items are definitely our number one sellers we have a strong clientele that love all the products specifically with the face care for the women we have a whole range and diversity to the line so if you're younger and you're worried about acne or if you're older now your main focus is wrinkles we have different products for each customer and then also with the men we have some products for the skin care as well because hey they're joining the forces and getting you know more educated about how you can keep the health of your skin and keep looking young and vibrant so I would say those products would be our best sellers.
