I don’t like Apple, but they’ve created an undeniably great web browser, perhaps the best of the lot, in Safari. Now, for the first time, it is available to Windows users.
Safari uses the open source KHTML engine, like the Konqueror browser in Linux. This engine is extremely advanced, and is compatible with some CSS2 and CSS3 properties not supported by other standards-compliant browsers. Text-Shadow, in particular, is one I enjoy using in stylesheets that only K browsers can understand. It is used extensively on this site.
What that means, in a nutshell, is that this site looks awesome in Safari.
It’s FREE, so give it a try.
