Having been involved in the security industry for many years now, I’ve come to have a certain level of respect for Mr. Schneier and his views. While I don’t understand the ‘rock-star’ status he has at times amongst the ‘spook-groupies’, I still feel he’s a pretty upstanding guy. Case in point, the Individual-i intitiative.
On the broad expanse of dictatorial powers in our executive branch, I think he really boils it down for anyone who still doesn’t ‘get it’. (Apparently requires registration now)
